Thanks, interesting, I do this job myself, I’m average, not the best not the worst, it’s not easy I must say, I tell you honestly what really inspires me more than anything, it’s actually listening to a talented sales person on the phone, because, yes, we can learn from lectures and someone training us but to me nothing beats someone who’s amongst the best at it actually getting on the phone and demonstrating, and they make it look simple rather than complicated which is important.
